Remarks
First Beatles recording session at EMI with Ringo. This was a song composed by Mitch Murray that Martin wanted them to try out though The Beatles themselves weren't too thrilled about it. This version of take 1 was edited by engineer Geoff Emerick by replacing the first line of the final chorus that says 'wish I knew how you do it to me, I'd do it to you' with 'wish I knew how you do it to me, but I haven't a clue'. This edit was originally prepared for the aborted 1985 Sessions LP project.
