| The basic rhythm track (take 5) at the much faster original speed it was recorded at. Completed two days later on April 16, 1966 using this take to create the master. There were eight takes in all. The earliest recording of it was on April 4, 1966. The bootleg version of this track heard on the CD Revolver Sessions Disc 1 track 20 (also in this collection) is not slowed down quite enough to represent the original recorded speed as heard here. Also this bootleg version includes backing vocals recorded on April 16th, 1966. The version here represents exactly how it sounded after the initial raw recording. |
